National Association of Industrial and office Properties
The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP is the trade association representing the commercial real estate industry in Arizona. Our members enjoy the many benefits of our premier networking events, quality educational programs, and political action.
NAIOP is a national association of 11,000+ members and an extensive network of 51 chapters that represent the interests of developers and owners of industrial, office and related commercial real estate throughout North America. NAIOP provides a forum for continuing education; and promotes effective public policy, though its grassroots network, to create, protect and enhance property values.

Tucson Commercial Real Estate Women
Tucson CREW is a non-profit organization of commercial real estate professionals affiliated nationally through membership in CREW Network, providing opportunities for networking, education, leadership development and civic involvement. Urban Land Institute

The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land to enhance the total environment.

ULI’s strategic direction is to extend its industry leadership to:

  • Bring together the people able to influence the outcome of important issues related to land use and the built environment;

  • Communicate who we are and what we–our members and our Institute–have learned about land use to increase ULI’s influence on land use policy and practice; and

  • Continue to provide relevant and current information about land use and real estate development to all our members and stakeholders.


Valley Forward
Valley Forward Association brings business and civic leaders together to convene thoughtful public dialogue on regional issues and to promote cooperative efforts to improve the environment and livability of Valley communities.

Valley Partnership

Valley Partnership advocates responsible development for the commercial, industrial and master planned real estate development industry on public policy issues.  Valley Partnership members include developers and real estate professional including architects, engineers, attorneys, other professionals and government bodies that affect commercial development related issues.  Valley Partnership has more than 500 member companies that represent the best that the real estate development industry has to offer, and the organization continues to grow.
